This black aluminum license plate frame is an absolute winner, especially for fans of the anime it represents. The construction is excellent—not flimsy or cheaply made like so many frames out there. It has a solid feel to it that promises durability, and the mounting hardware included worked perfectly with my vehicle (Toyota Tacoma), which made installation quick and hassle-free.One standout feature that deserves praise is how well-designed the frame is in terms of plate visibility. It doesn’t cover the state name at the top center of the license plate—a surprisingly rare and thoughtful detail. Many frames (even ones straight from dealerships!) partially obscure the state name, which is technically illegal. While officers won’t ticket you for it, it can give probable cause for a traffic stop, so avoiding that issue is a big plus.At $9 (at the time of review), this is an amazing deal. Between the quality, the thoughtful design, and the stylish anime reference, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. If you’re in the market for a license plate frame that checks all the boxes, I’d highly recommend this one. It’s a fantastic value!
