The plate looks great, the writing/design is embossed and raised and it was easy to put on with nice caps to hide the screws. The downside is the plate cover covers abut half the state's name at top and a little over half the name of the county name on the bottom of the plate. It won't be much of an issue in the area I live in, but I have been pulled over by a bored cop at night in the middle of nowhere Mississippi who gave me a hard time about how much my plate covered my licenses plate and he said he was giving me a warning only because I wasn't from Mississippi. So because of how much the plate covers up the State and County name, you might want to double check the laws in your jurisdiction.
