Legs awfully thin
I live on a country road - a short country road that people have turned into a raceway. The speed limit is 20 mph and the cars are going anywhere from 35 to 55 mph. They take a corner by my house so fast that they end up IN my yard. Very dangerous and law enforcement just doesn't care.So, I ordered these signs. Yes, I know they will probably be ignored, but all of us on this road are doing everything we can to slow these crazy people down. It took over a month after I ordered these to get them. I'm not sure what the problem was.I guess I need to get a measuring tape in order to know exactly how big or small something is before I order it. I had figured these would be standard sized signs. They are not. These signs are very small. In fact, they're so small they won't be readable by someone speeding by in a car.Obviously, even though the signs are nice and good quality, I am disappointed. I see no use for signs that are too small to see and read.A neighbor and I will put these out in our front yards. When I ordered these I was truly hopeful they might help with the speeding problems. With their too small size, I have no hope that they will accomplish anything.Overall, nice signs, but way too small.
