As a Realtor, I wanted something to show off my open houses. The signs themselves are fine. They're easy to spot and pretty colorful. My grip is the metal part of the sign. It's pretty flimsy. I needed a mallet to get the sign in the ground and by the time I was finished, the metal was bent and unusable.
These signs have a corrugated type of thing going on in between the 2 outer layers. That makes them about 0.25" thick and the spaces allows you to insert the metal frame. The frames are not that tall but they seem to be pretty sturdy. They are big enough to attract attention and I hope they can withstand some of the high winds we get around the area where I live. I don't have a dry erase marker to test and see if it will wipe off clean, but I'll probably print something on a piece of paper so I can include more info and attach it with double sided removable tape. These are definitely much better than the flimsy ones I've seen at the big hardware stores.
